First up MS Asami from Jetro teaching us about Saki Rice Wine processes & prudction plus cherry picked brands to help demystify this less common category of wine here in uk.
Dominic from Scottish Vermouth Valentian will be over from Edinburgh tastings with us too, alongside Caroline Kelly from the famous Lovat hotel. She will bring her favourite wines from here in the UK.
